Mitch received his Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018. While at the U of S, Mitch played for the Huskies Football team, where he earned All-Canadian and Academic All-Canadian honours twice during his career. After completing his Kinesiology degree, Mitch moved to Scotland to pursue his Masters in Physical Therapy at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Mitch was born and raised in Saskatoon, where he grew up playing a variety of sports, including basketball, gymnastics, hockey, soccer, and football. His diverse athletic background sparked a passion for movement and a strong interest in human anatomy and performance.

Tagen attended the University of Saskatchewan where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology and her Masters in Physical Therapy. During this time she was a student trainer for the Huskies Women’s basketball team and supported the Huskies Football team during their 2020 season.

She played Volleyball throughout high school and now plays recreationally whenever possible. Tagen fostered an interest in exercise training and sports therapy through her studies in kinesiology, and now uses these principles in both her professional and personal life. She has experience working with club football teams including the Saskatoon Hilltops and the Saskatoon Valkyries.

David is an Exercise Therapist who has been working in the field of rehabilitation for over 10 years. Before this, he worked as a personal trainer. David grew up on a farm near the small town of Sonningdale, where he spent his youth helping on the farm, playing volleyball, and teaching swimming lessons. Once in University, David fell out of shape. Wanting to regain his fitness and to help others build strength and recover from injuries, David was compelled towards and completed a degree in Kinesiology.

When he’s not at work, David loves to participate in all manner of activities. He mountain bikes, rock climbs, runs spartan races, and stays active outdoors. He also spends much of his time with his wife Pauline and their two kids.

Jared earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction in 2015 and his Master of Physical Therapy in 2017, both from the University of Saskatchewan.

He has completed additional post-graduate training in concussion management, sport first responder care, Mulligan Upper Quarter techniques, osteoarthritis exercise prescription, and manual therapy-based care. His clinical interests include osteoarthritis management, sport-related injuries, strength and conditioning, and concussion rehabilitation.

Jared takes an active, exercise-based approach to physiotherapy. Jae is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, where she completed her Bachelors of Kinesiology and her Masters of Physical Therapy. Mackenzie graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Sc.(Kin) with Great Distinction in 2008 before completing his Masters of Physical Therapy in 2010. Mackenzie has completed courses in the Manual Orthopaedic Level System, obtained his GunnIMS needling certification, and has completed other courses in NeuroReconditioning, vestibular rehabilitation, and concussion management.

Emily grew up dancing and baton twirling in Saskatoon. She competed on the international stage in team, pair, and individual baton twirling on four separate occasions, ending in 2019. Emily contributed to the local dance and baton community through a decade-long coaching career and by volunteering at local competitions. She is eager to reconnect with the community and explore opportunities in both dance and baton.

Clinically, Emily is interested in all parts of rehabilitation, with a particular focus on chronic conditions/pain and orthopaedics. Michelle is a sport physiotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting athletes from amateur to collegiate, national, and professional levels. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Medicine Hat College and the University of Saskatchewan in 2011 before earning her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014. During her undergraduate years, Michelle competed in collegiate soccer and basketball. She earned Academic Athletic awards annually and received the Huskie Trainer of the Year Award in 2012. From 2009 to 2014, she volunteered with the Huskie Student Trainer Program, an experience that helped shape her passion for athlete care and high-performance sport.

Clinically, Michelle’s interests focus on sport physiotherapy, orthopaedic rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning. She has completed extensive post-graduate education in running injury management, concussion management, athlete rehabilitation, and high-performance programming. Growing up, Carson was involved in a variety of sports including football, soccer, golf, and hockey which helped Carson develop an early appreciation for movement, performance, and injury rehabilitation. His passion for athletics and strength training led him to work as a strength & conditioning coach throughout his post-secondary education, helping others improve performance, build confidence, and stay active.

As a physiotherapist, Carson takes an active, evidence-informed approach focused on movement quality and functional performance. Since completing her time at the U of S, Adrienne has taken part in a wide variety of continued education courses including her Sport Diploma and certification in ISST Schroth Therapy.

Adrienne’s work experience has included time with the U of S Huskies, in Jasper, with the Pacific Sport Institute in Victoria, at the Rugby High Performance Centre with Rugby Canada, and contract work with Athletics Canada. Adrienne also recently returned from a sabbatical in Nottingham England, where she completed an advanced practice course and traveled to Trinidad with Athletics cross country teams. Lee is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, where he completed a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (2009) before moving on to the Masters of Physical Therapy program (2011). Lee was the recipient of the Craven SPORT Services Sport Physiotherapy award, presented to the graduating student with the highest academic achievement in foundational and clinical science courses related to sport physiotherapy, as well as the School of Physical Therapy Award for Top Research Project. Lee has since gained the Certificate in Sport Physiotherapy designation through Sport Physiotherapy Canada, which involves additional training and specialization in the areas of athlete health and performance, emergency sideline care, athletic taping, functional return to sport training, exercise physiology, protective equipment, and concussion evaluation. Lee is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and works as a consultant with the Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan (SMSCS).

Clinically, Lee enjoys working with individuals of all ages including both athletic and non-athletic populations. Taylor completed his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan. Growing up in a small town in Alberta, he participated in a variety of sports including soccer, volleyball, basketball, and tennis which sparked his passion for movement, performance, and rehabilitation.

During his undergraduate studies, Taylor played five years of collegiate volleyball at the CCAA level, earning two Academic All-Canadian honours and two ACAC First Team All-Star selections. His athletic background continues to shape his understanding of injury, recovery, and performance.

Taylor has a strong interest in orthopaedic physiotherapy and works with clients across a wide range of conditions and recovery stages. He helps facilitate osteoarthritis education classes and enjoys supporting clients through both pre-operative preparation and post-operative rehabilitation. Ty received his Bachelors in Kinesiology with Great Distinction in 2016, and his Masters in Physical Therapy in 2020 – both from the University of Saskatchewan! Ty grew up playing sports and quickly became fascinated with the science behind human movement. He chose to pursue a career in physiotherapy so that he could stay involved in the sporting world and help others meet their movement goals.

Ty began volunteering with Craven SPORT Services in 2019, working as a team trainer for the Saskatoon Valkyries under CSS Physiotherapist Michelle Keene. While completing his master’s degree, he also worked at CSS as a kinesiologist alongside Bruce Craven, supporting the group training for Basketball Saskatchewan and the REX soccer program. Ty is currently the OA lead physiotherapist for the Craven SPORT Services Osteoarthritis Program.

Ty enjoys working with clients of all ages and helping clients rehabilitate hip, knee, and ankle injuries. He is also Complete Concussion Management certified and has a special interest in helping clients treat and manage concussions.
